Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing on all orders. Once your order is processed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. However, you will receive a separate email with your tracking information when your package is  ready to be shipped.

Overnight Shipping - Orders placed before 12PM EST will be shipped same business day via 1- business day overnight shipping. If placed after 12PM EST, orders will ship on the next business day.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S Holidays.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND ITS ON ITS WAY?

When you order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it is ready to leave our Distribution Center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your package. Please refer to our shipping policy for current processing times and available shipping methods.

Note: Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our Distribution Center. The status of your shipment should be updated within 24hrs after receiving an email confirmation.

FckPrison understands that mass incarceration is a global issue, and we are here to spread awareness worldwide! The default pricing on our site is USD, the conversing rate depends on your issuing credit card company used to complete the transaction.
